If you’re going to subject yourself to seeing the objectively awful ‘Fifty Shades Darker‘ film (even if only as ‘research’ to later shit-post about it online), then you might as well stay right through the credits till the end for a teaser for the trilogy’s final, ‘Fifty Shades Freed‘.
Now [adopts extreme literary voice] as someone who actually read the books, Fifty Shades Darker is the only film with something of an interesting plot.
‘Fifty Shades Freed’, on the other hand, is a snoozefest that begins with Christian and Ana‘s wedding, then speeds through their honeymoon, some blatant domestic abuse, a pregnancy, a kidnapping, a reconciliation, and a happily ever after. Oh yeah, and there’s some vaguely kinky sex scenes with leather handcuffs and stuff as well.
But IF YOU’RE INTO THAT (the shitty plot, that is, not light BDSM), then here’s a little teaser for what to expect in 2018. The movies were filmed back-to-back, probably to allow everyone involved to move past this time in their lives as quickly as possible.
