The three most awesome people to be reincarnated as are Oprah, Common and Bruce Willisand in the new Rian Johnson movie Looper Joseph Gordon Levitt gets to BE Bruce Willis as Joe, a gun for hire or “looper”, whose future self (Bruce Willis) is sent 30 years back to the future to be assassinated by the mob. Sound confusing? Don’t worry. The satisfactory volumes of ass kicking more than compensates.
In addition to the fact the trailer looks fucking awesome it’s just great to see an original genre-filmmaker like Rian Johnson get a big budget behind him after showing so much promise with his excellent and criminally under-seen teen-noir debut Brick that also starred the sensational Mr Gordon-Levitt.
