In television news that’ll melt your severed face off while it rides on a tortoise through the New Mexican desert, Walter White (or Bryan Cranston) has gone ahead – eschewing traditional modes of press release – and announced that the final sixteen-episode season of critically acclaimed (greatest television show of all time) Breaking Bad will return to screens big and small in July.
Cranston tweeted that cameras will start rolling in a few weeks on the final season, which will either be served up as an one hell of a sixteen week cliffhanger, or spread over two seasons. Here’s hoping AMC and Sony Pictures Television will opt for whichever method hurts less. Better call Saul.
