We Don’t Mean To Alarm You But Selena Gomez Is Motherfucken’ Blonde Now

Extremely important hair news over here, folks, and if you’re not interested then you can back the hell up and let the rest of us enjoy it.

Selena Gomez… is blonde.

The 25-year-old singer debuted her new ‘do at the American Music Awards today, ahead of her *only* TV performance of 2017 (more on that in a minute).

Shortly after her red carpet appearance – y’know, once the peroxide cat was out of the bag – she posted a bunch of other blonde pics to Instagram.

“So I am blonde now,” she wrote in one.

While many people were hoping (praying?) for a red carpet appearance with Justin Bieber, thereby certifying that their relationship was back the fuck on, a hot new blonde ‘do is almost as good.

Unfortunately, the same can’t quite be said for her performance. Fans aren’t too happy that it appeared she was lip-syncing throughout the whole thing.

I mean, as ever, you have people in the other camp defending Selena and saying she absolutely did not lip-synch.

Selena Gomez did a GREAT performance but she had production added on top of the vocals to sound "robotic" and people are saying that she was lipsycing, when they could say GOOD things about the performance. People just want a reason to hate Selena and discredit her #AMAs pic.twitter.com/wPp3YFTeOl
