Sam Worthington Can’t Stop Talking About How Bad He Is At Acting

Sam Worthington continues to flagellate himself a year after first admitting he was terrible in Greek mythology flick, Clash Of The Titans.

Back then he offered this frank assessment of his performance, “I think I can act fucking better, to be honest”, a sentiment which crops up again in his most recent interview with entertainment website, Hitflix .

When asked about returning to characters he’s played before, something he’ll have to do for Clash Of The Titans and Avatar, Worthington dutifully unpacked the whip and proceeded to lash himself…

“In the case of “Clash” I think I let myself down in the first one because I don’t think I actually gave myself a character. And that was one of the problems that I thought I had for myself. I felt that Perseus was just a conduit for the movie, he wasn’t actually a character. So in this one I definitely set out to give myself a character so if we go into a third one at least Perseus has a journey and is a person there that isn’t just a voice, a mouthpiece and can be played by any fucking rote actor. Which might sound like I’m being harsh on myself…”

Actually, that’s exactly what you’re doing, Sam. Kudos for wanting to get better at that thing people pay you millions of dollars to do though!
