Yesterday, some eagle-eyed fans noticed that streaming service Netflix had quietly uploaded a teaser for brand new episodes of The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina to certain regions, along with a premiere date of April 2019.
It’s unclear whether or not this was a goof, but ripped versions of the video quickly began to appear all over social media, so in response, Netflix went ahead and released the official trailer in all its glory, and you can watch it right now.
The teaser sees Kiernan Shipka‘s Sabrina decked out in black, as part of her transformation to edgy, angsty teen after signing the Book of the Beast. We also get a glimpse of Lucy Davis‘ Aunt Hilda dressed in leopard print, and I’m fully here for that, also.
So there you have it – season one, part two of The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina will be coming your way on April 5 2019, and while that still feels like ages away, don’t forget that there’ also a Christmas special headed to Netflix on December 14.
Details of the special are extremely scarce, but creator Roberto Aguirre Sacasa did recently share the below spooky-yet-festive photo.
Back in September, Kiernan Shipka teased a possible crossover between Chilling Adventures and companion show Riverdale, although there’s no word yet on when or if this will be happening, either.
