Looks Like ‘Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina’ S2 Will Hit Netflix April 2019

Some incredible eyes on Reddit have noticed the actual Netflix have uploaded a full-on 45 second teaser trailer for the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Part 2. And, it comes with a release date – April 5, 2019.

So, naturally I went and checked it out and you can too, right HEREJust head to the Trailers & More tab and it’s the last video in the lineup.

If not, well, here ya go.

Yes, it does sort of look like the Dark Lord whispers “do it” to Sabrina Spellman as she’s about to light her high school on fire. No biggie.

There was a time when Netflix accidentally gave Australia access to Benedict Cumberbatch‘s Sherlock Holmes only to take it away within the hour so I’m not too sure what’s going on here.

At the time of writing, Netflix’s YouTube or the CAOS Twitter have yet to post anything about it so again, sorta weird. Although, CAOS stans are freaking out.

ANYWHOO, in this teaser we see the lovely Kiernan Shipka return as Sabrina – except this time, she’s far more badass looking and sporting a mostly all-black look.

All your faves from season one appear in the teaser including Ambrose Spellman (Chance Perdomo), Hilda Spellman (Lucy Davis), Zelda Spellman, (Miranda Otto), and Nicolas Scratch (Gavin Leatherwood).

Joining them will be newcomers Alexis Denisof and Jedidiah Goodacre. Per The Hollywood Reporter, these two have landed recurring roles in the series as Adam Masters and Dorian Gray, respectively.

Adam is the boyfriend of the real Mary Wardwell (Michelle Gomez) so just imagine his reaction when he finds out – if he finds out – that he’s actually dating Madame Satan.

Dorian is an exclusive nightclub owner in possession of a cursed portrait.

Speaking to Bloody Disgusting in October, Shipka said fans can expect something entirely different from season two.

“Sabrina definitely changes and shifts a lot. Her growth is very evident and the second season definitely has a different spin on it than the first season. They’re very different from each other,” she said.

If this teaser release is some sort of glitch, I’m sure Netflix will officially upload it to YouTube in the next couple of hours.

In the meantime, we definitely know the Christmas special – Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: A Midwinter’s Tale will hit the streaming giant on December 14.

Honestly, same.
