Despite having been a corpse for less than 3 years Michael Jackson dominated, taking in more revenue than any other dead celebrity – a massive $170 million. His lifelong friend Elizabeth Taylor is the most-recently-deceased person to make the list, tying with John Lennon for 5th position.
