Arguably Married At First Sight‘s (MAFS) most successful couple, Zoe Hendrix and Alex Garner have announced their split after having been been together for three years and starting a family since meeting on the show three years ago.
Hendrix broke the news that the two would “be separating for now” on Instagram, posting a statement last night which had been typed in the iPhone ‘Notes’ app.
In the statement, which you can read in full on her Instagram, Hendrix centres the couples one-year-old daughter, Harper-Rose, saying the couples priority is that she “continued to receive the unconditional love and nurturing she deserves from the both of us.”
After falling in love on the show in 2015, the couple moved in together before buying a house and having Harper-Rose.

This morning, Garner made his own comments on Insta under a photo of their wedding day. He stresses that “although Zoe and I have separated, our relationship is civil“, and reflects with gratitude upon the couple’s “many great experiences [shared] over the last four years“.
Zoe and I both went into this experiment with open minds and really hoping to find a partner to share our lives with. We are so fortunate and thankful that we were matched together and have shared many great experiences over the last four years.
We share the most important thing in both of our lives Harper Rose and will continue to love her and be the best parents possible. Although Zoe and I have separated our relationship is Civil. Thank you to our friends and followers for your continuing support.
