In news that quite literally has me squealing with excitement, honourary Australian Lindsay Lohan is reportedly heading to the jungle in the 2021 season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

According to New Idea, LiLo will reportedly join 11 other celebrities in the jungle for the series, which won’t actually be a jungle, but an area outside of our very own Byron Bay. Look, it’s no Africa, but I’ll take what I can get this year.

First they tell us Pete Evans isn’t appearing, then they tell us we’re getting Lindsay? If this is confirmed, the I’m A Celebrity producers are simply too kind to us this year. We are unworthy.

“Producers have wanted her on the show for years,” an inside source told New Idea.

Although the news hasn’t been confirmed by Channel 10 yet, it makes sense considering the first promo for the show mentioned stars from at home *and* abroad. I mean, who else could it be? I’d assume Zac Efron, but he’s stuck in South Australia filming his new Stan Original

If that wasn’t enough star power for you, Neighbours star and Paris Hilton’s former fling Rob Mills is also rumoured to appear, which means Lindsay will at least know one person in the jungle.

Honestly, if Lindsay doesn’t win, I will personally sue Channel 10.

In addition to Lindsay and Millsy, a number of stars including Bec Hewitt, Abbie Chatfield, Jack Vidgen and Pauline Curuenavuli are all rumoured to be heading to the jungle.

The news comes just a week after TV BlackBox confirmed that Lindsay will be back in Australia for Season 3 of The Masked Singer, with the US star confirming it herself via Instagram DM.

Give me Lindsay Lohan on every TV show in Australia. She deserves to be the next Osher Gunsberg.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Is set to premiere nationwide on Sunday January 3 on Channel 10 and 10 Play online.
