While it’s clear which Khloé Kardashian yarn is going boonta right now, re: her splitting from Tristan Thompson again, Khloé has also opened up about the plastic surgery she’s had, putting to bed speculation about a “third face transplant”.

During Monday’s part two of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion, Khloé discussed her insecurities and struggles with body image.

“Interestingly enough, I was so confident and secure before the show,” Khloé shared.

However, when people started calling her “fugly” and all sorts of horrible names, she started to see herself differently.

“That’s when I became hard on myself because I was like, ‘Oh, this is how other people perceived me’,” she said. “I became insecure because of everyone else telling me.”

So Khloé eventually decided to get plastic surgery.

“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant’, but I’ve had one nose job,” Khloé said. “And everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me.”

Khloé added that she’s also tried Botox, but wasn’t really a fan of it.

“I’ve responded horribly to Botox,” she shared.

The reality TV star revealed that growing up alongside Kim and Kourtney constantly made her question her appearance, as she often felt sidelined.

During photoshoots, Khloé said her sisters were handed racks and racks of clothes while she was “given about two or three pieces of clothing.”

When Khloé asked about this, she was told “not to worry because I would be in the background anyway.”

Back in April, the Good American founder took to her Instagram to prove that that her body is hers and not photoshopped. It came after leaked photos of Khloé in a bikini circulated the internet, but were quickly removed because the reality star wasn’t happy with them.

“The photo that was posted this week is beautiful,” Khloé wrote at the time.

“But as someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn’t flattering, in bad lighting, or doesn’t capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point – and then shares it to the world – you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared – regardless of who you are,” she said.

Khloé not only posted pictures of herself along with her statement, but videos too to “show you all this isn’t photoshopped.”
