After Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins ended his disastrous run as The Bachelor by choosing literally nobody in the finale, it appears that the producers may be keen to play it safe next time around, with rumours that reality TV hottie Justin Lacko is the next one up for the job.
The Melbourne model has had quite a busy run this last year, appearing on Love Island before emerging as a fan-favourite on the current season of I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, so it seems like The Bachie would be the logical next step.
During the Thursday night episode of I’m A Celebrity, Sam Dastyari said: “Oh mate, Justin’s gonna be the next Bach. Just do it man, would you do it?” The model responed: “Yeah, I’ve already signed [up]… yeah. We’ll see what happens anyway. I’ve applied for it.”
Justin Lacko, seen below wearing underwear and shoes in a very normal pose, has an Instagram following of more than 100,000, and a representative for Ten said he is currently a “contender”, so I guess we’ll see how this one shakes out.

There were rumours circulating earlier this week that companion series The Bachelorette will be taking a year off, with an unnamed source telling NW that the network wants to give the show a “rest” after Ali Oetjen‘s low-rated season, but there has been no official comment on this yet.
