Vinny And Pauly D From ‘Jersey Shore’ Are Getting Their Own Dating Show

Jersey Shore

In news sent straight to us from fake tan heaven, it has been revealed this week that Jersey Shore bros Paul ‘DJ Pauly D’ Delvecchio and Vinny Guadagnino will be competing together for true love on their very own dating show.

Double Shot at Love with DJ Pauly D & Vinny will see 20 women vying for the affections of the pair, but in a “twist” to the dating formula, MTV has said that Vinny and Pauly D must also compete to win over their lady contestants.

Honestly, I have no idea what any of this actually means and whether the bros will each find love with a different woman or whether there’ll be some kind of oiled-up threesome at the conclusion of this process, but either way, sign me the hell up.

The original Double Shot At Love aired on MTV in 2008-2009, and featured a pair of bisexual twins, Erica and Victoria, looking for love from a pool of 12 men and 12 women; that show itself was a spin-off from A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila.

There is no word yet on when Vinny and Paul D’s show will air but we’ll keep you posted.

Jersey Shore originally ran from 2009 to 2012, but last year, the crew reunited for a spin-off series, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation that saw them holidaying in Miami. A second season saw them trying out other locales, and a third has been confirmed for this year.

Late last year, original cast member Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino copped eight months in prison for tax fraud; it is expected that Donald Trump‘s former lawyer Michael Cohen will join him at the same Otisville, New York prison later this year.
