Halsey has given birth to their blessed baby and they’ve taken to Instagram to share the moment with fans.
Halsey and boyfriend Alev Aydin announced they were pregnant back in January and went on to post a bunch of adorable baby bump pics on the ‘gram (which I’m gonna miss, TBH).
Now, the singer has revealed that their lil angel arrived last week.
“Gratitude. For the most ‘rare’ and euphoric birth. Powered by love,” Halsey wrote on Instagram. “Ender Ridley Aydin, 7/14/2021.”
Back in February, Halsey and their BF were surrounded by engagement rumours after an insider told Us Weekly that although they previously viewed marriage as “just a title,” they’ve recently spoken about getting hitched following their happy baby news.
“She wasn’t necessarily hoping to get married before getting pregnant,” a source told the goss mag.
“Marriage is not the sole focus whatsoever,” the source adds. “At the end of the day, what matters most is that the baby is healthy and that she has a loving relationship with the father of her baby, and right now, she for sure loves and adores Alev. They are very much in love.”
While it might not have been in the way she expected, the singer is “over the moon” about starting a family with her screenwriter boyfriend.
“She loves Alev and thinks he is a beautiful person,” the insider says.
