Excuse Us, But The ‘Stranger Things’ Kids Are Looking Too Bloody Glam RN

The 69th Primetime Emmy Awards is trundling forth, and we’re currently being overwhelmed by powerful red carpet ~ looks ~ from some of the entertainment industry’s most influential figures. It’s a good time, and we’re living vicariously through their get-ups. Expect a wrap-up in the near future so you too can do the exact same thing.

Some looks defy wrap-up pieces, though. A select few outfits demand to be singled out and exalted. And the kids from Stranger Things have well-and-truly qualified for that category.

Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin have rocked up to the show looking like a million bucks, and we mean a million bucks back in 1983. Adjusted for inflation, they’re looking like three million bucks. Minimum.

Wolfhard looks like he should have been in The Strokes, and judging by his guitar skills, he still could. Schnapp is proving himself to be one of the only humans alive who could rock that much gold detailing, while McLaughlin’s floral jacket is a bloody dream in-and-of-itself.

As for Matarazzo? Look at ol’ mate. Look.

Millie Bobby Brown touched down separately, wearing a Calvin Klein number and generally being a bloody champ.

Their appearance on the red carpet comes a couple of days after it was revealed Netflix wanted Seasons 3 and 4 of their nostalgic sci-fi hit to be filmed back-to-back to capitalise on the adorability of its child stars. That suggestion was vetoed by those in charge – creators Matt and Ross Duffer, plus the executive production team – so you can expect the gang to look a bit different (but no less glam) when they storm the red carpet in 2020.
