It seems being on Virgin Mobile is now one wild party, at least that’s what its latest marketing campaign would like us to think. The company, founded by the party boy himself Richard Branson, now refers to all its customers as members and has just launched a campaign featuring snaps by aficionado The Cobrasnake.
The pics, taken at a Virgin mobile ‘members’ party, are being used on billboards, transit ads and online with the phrase “it’s better to be a member.”
It might seem like a pretty loose association, but as far as we can tell Virgin are trying to insinuate that being a Virgin ‘member’ is all about good times, piggy backs and babes. Aaah, finally a club where the only initiation ritual is deciding between a plan and pre-paid.
