Queen Cher Is Keen On A Surprise ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ Appearance

Cher, the icon who keeps on giving, has teased a “probable” RuPaul’s Drag Race surprise appearance.

Appearing in the October issue for UK magazine Attitude, Cher definitely wasn’t saying no to the special guest feature.

“I think that’s probably going to be a surprise at some point,” the artist told the magazine.

Make it HAPPEN.

The Unauthorised Rusical – the Cher tribute in season ten, episode eight has already come to life so logically the next step is a SURPRISE CHER.

Back to the interview, Cher talked highly of her relationship with RuPaul: “I’ve known [RuPaul] for a long time. I loved his acting. He’s a really good actor and I wish he’d do more of that. He’s a sweet guy, I like him.”

“And maybe… maybe that would be a surprise.”

MMMM.

Here’s hoping.

Past guest appearances on the show include Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera whose entrance was something else entirely.

Just this week, Aguilera and a couple of RuPaul queens surprised guests at New York Fashion Week with a performance of Xtina’s ‘Fall in Line’ for part of fashion brand Opening Ceremony‘s show.

In other important Cher news you no doubt already know, the artist’s ABBA tribute album is fast approaching.

The beauty’s called  Dancing Queen and it’s due for release September 28.

There are ten tracks in total and they’re not just covers, they’re Cher’s versions of the song so expect a little bit of spice.

‘Fernando’, the absolute tune Cher’s character performed in Mamma Mia 2 is definitely on the album so praise be.

Here’s the full tracklist:

  1. Dancing Queen
  2. Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)
  3. The Name Of The Game
  4. SOS
  5. Waterloo
