Busy Philipps Felt Bad About Telling The World Noah Centineo Ghosted Her Mate

Busy Phillips

The internet’s boyfriend Noah Centineo fell into a spot of bother last week when he appeared on James Corden‘s The Late Late Show with Busy Philipps. By ‘spot of bother’, I mean Philipps called Centineo out for ghosting her friend.

Considering Centineo has risen to stardom for his sweety-pie-jock roles in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before and Sierra Burgess Is A Loser, this little piece of information risked knocking him off the ol’ pedestal.

PopCrave, through powers unknown, got their hands on the full snippet from the interview. Apparently,  it was edited down online because Centineo’s PR team didn’t want to tarnish his image but c’mon – are we at all surprised by this news?

(No.)

During her panel at this weekend’s Vulture Festival, Philipps said she did feel bad about outing Centineo on telly for ghosting her mate.

“It was very unplanned that I brought that up on Corden and I did feel bad because he is a child, but a child was fully hitting up my 40-year-old friend,” she said. “On the show he was like, ‘Oh yeah, you’re right, I did that’. He was very sweet about it, I just felt like it was very shitty of me.”

Meanwhile, Philipps has a brand new show out called Busy Tonight. Running on E!, the late-night talk show has Philipps candidly chat about the latest pop culture crazes, the ~goss~, style, and health trends. Of course, there are also interviews with celebrity guests and fab segments, unique to Philipps’ brand.

Already, the show has had guests like Mindy Kaling, Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Bell, and Julia Roberts.

Busy Philipps premiered back in October and runs four nights a week – Sunday to Wednesday.

For a taste, here’s Philipps and Bell having a cry-off which is a bloody huge Sunday mood.

P.S If you’ve never seen Kristen Bell cry over sloths, now’s the time.

Christ, I love her so much.

Happy almost-Monday, folks.
