Broad City star Abbi Jacobson (who in reality is not really such an Abbi) has opened up about her sexuality and dating life in a recent interview, noting that the world is her oyster when it comes to dating.
Chatting with Vanity Fair, Abbi reveals that she hasn’t ever really been questioned about her sexuality before, but says that she dates both men and women, and that their sense of humour and passion for their work is what’s most attractive.
“I kind of go both ways; I date men and women,” she says.
“They have to be funny, doing something they love. I don’t know—I’ve never really been interviewed about this before.”
It’s incredible she even has the bloody time to date at all considering how stacked her work schedule is at the moment. Apart from Broad City being signed on for a fifth season, Abbi’s also playing a voice role in Matt Groening‘s upcoming animated series, Disenchantment, she’s a guest judge alongside Ilana Glazer on RuPaul’s Drag Race, and she’s about to have her latest movie 6 Balloons – where she stars as Dave Franco‘s sister as he relapses into a heroin addiction.
She’s got a lot on her plate but still has the room to squeeze in a dating life which, Jesus Christ I can barely even do that and all I do is work 9-5 and go to the gym.
Anyway here’s to Ilana’s idea of the future actually slowly coming true.
