Bill Murray Auditions For The Lead Role In ‘Peter Pan’ On Letterman

Bill Murray has once again shown he is the master of the universe by swinging in on the Late Show With David Letterman and performing an audition for Peter Pan.

Speculation has been rife as to who would get to play the boy that never grows up in the latest live musical from NBC. Bill’s message to the casting executives: “I’m the guy.”

His rendition of I’m Flying is just another example of how Bill Murray has unlocked the secret to the meaning of life and basically does whatever he wants. It will forever be added to the list of things Bill Murray does to pass the time being Bill Murray.

These include hiring a deaf assistant, playing kickball with randoms, stealing food from people’s plates and saying “no one will ever believe you” and getting behind a bar at SXSW with RZA and GZA of the Wu-Tang Clan. No matter what anyone ordered he would give them a shot of tequila.

Best. Audition. Ever.
