Unless you’ve been living in a very remote cave with no 4G coverage, you’ll know that A Star Is Born — directed by and starring Bradley Cooper and co-starring Lady Gaga — has been THE hype movie of the past few months. But although it was nominated for five Golden Globe awards, at today’s ceremony the film only took home one.

Lady Gaga (as well as co-writers Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando and Andrew Wyatt) took home the gong for Best Original Song for mega-hit “Shallow”, but the movie lost out to Bohemian Rhapsody for Best Motion Picture – Drama, Gaga lost out to Glenn Close for Best Actress In A Motion Picture – Drama, while B.Coops got beaten by Roma‘s Alfonso Cuarón for Best Director and Bohrap‘s Rami Malek for Best Actor In A Motion Picture – Drama.

I mean, even Glenn Close was fucken shocked.

Needless to say, Twitter and its legions of Gaga stans have THOUGHTS.

Others are attempting to be more gracious in defeat:

While others are just FINE and have already moved on!

Either way, we’re hoping Rami, Glenn, Alfonso and the entire Hollywood Foreign Press have good security systems at their houses because the vast majority of the population seems to be entirely pissed.
