Always nice to get a tasty bit of good news about Sydney nightlife, as rare is it can be these days.
After years of council and state government submissions, Sydney good time icons Freda’s are finally approved for a late night licence, meaning their very, very good dance parties can kick on until the early hours of the morn. No, they ain’t all night ragers, but it’s as close as you’re getting that proximate to the CBD.
Trading hours have been extended on Friday and Saturday nights from a midnight to 2am and on Sundays from 10pm to midnight.
Bloody hooray for that, aye.
