In what is the biggest fashion news you will hear today, Pharrell Williams has used the Grammys to bust out the latest must-have accessory for any awards ceremony.
His ridiculously over-sized hat.
So far Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have taken out the spot for Best New Artist, Dave Grohl, Paul McCartney, Krist Novoselic & Pat Smear have taken Best Rock Song with Cut Me Some Slack while Best Duo/Group Performance went to Daft Punk & Pharrell for Get Lucky. Lorde also took out Best Pop Solo Performance for her song Royals, and killed it in her live performance.
Though anyone who is watching seems to be far less concerned with the winners and much more interested in whatever Pharrell is hiding under that hat.
It already has it’s own Twitter page, no less.
Twitter, always quick to jump on someone who tries something different and doesn’t quite pull it off, had a couple of suggestions.
Cue Pharrell’s “Happy” for how this makes us feel: http://t.co/lRzjUxq6lY #Grammys pic.twitter.com/yzMJ2ZU3OH

While Twitter has been responding like this it’s important to remember that Pharrell is going to wake up on a bed full of money surrounded by beautiful women and will still be able to collaborate with the biggest producers around the world.
So, basically, Pharrell Williams can do whatever the fuck he wants.
