Warner also copped the One Day International Player of the Year honour. Starc was recognised as Test Player of the Year after his heroics in Sri Lanka, and Shane Watson took out T20 International Player of the Year, seeing his short-form career out in impressive style.

Hilton Cartright was acknowledged as the Bradman Young Cricketer of the Year after nabbing a Baggy Green during this month’s third test against Pakistan, and Sophie Molineux was honoured as the Betty Wilson Young Cricketer of the Year for her efforts in the Melbourne Renegades outfit.
