The lack of landfill in the Italian City of Napoli has meant that the city suspended it’s routine garbage collection in Decemeber last year.
In protest “street artist” Cecchini released thousands of colourful balls on one of the cities most well known thoroughfares. The end result? A piece art symbolic of one of the lies told by one of the local members of parliament…Clearly the lie must of been quite bouncy and rather colourful.
All they needed was The Knife – Heartbeat and they could of sold the concept to a marketing agency.
