One of Ubisoft‘s biggest franchises might be coming to the Nintendo Switch pretty soon, according to alleged leaks. Listings for an Assassin’s Creed collection have been spotted on two different retailer websites with a release date of February 15.
An Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation Collection Switch listing was spotted on a Czech online store called Herni-Svet and earlier on a German retailer site, Media Market. You can see a picture of the page over at GameSpot if you’re keen to have a gander.
Of course, nothing has been confirmed at this stage and Ubisoft have told GameSpot that it doesn’t comment on speculation, which is a pretty standard response to something like this. It seems like something legit, though, given the popularity of the Switch as a console, particularly when considering its insane sales figures.
The company’s latest title in the franchise, Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, made it to the Nintendo console last year, but only in Japan, where it could be played via cloud streaming.
No doubt plenty of AC fans are keen to play the stealth adventure game on the go, so they’ll no doubt have their fingers crossed. If it is legit, the best part is you’ll only have to wait a few weeks to get your hands on it.
