Australian jewellery label ManiaMania is the brainchild of designers Melanie Kamsler and Tamila Purvis whose third collection ‘Rêve’ (French for dream) is inspired by Vali Myers an Australian artist and vagabond gypsy who roamed around the world as a free spirited dancer in the underworld of a post war Paris, then later becoming an artist and muse.
Who better to channel the energy of the late Ms Myers than Abbey Lee Kershaw – Australia’s own vagabond gypsy supermodel and muse to many. She features in the Barnaby Roper-directed short (below) for ManiaMania’s latest campaign. Watch as Abbey Lee gets in touch with her mystic side through a kaleidoscope of warping geometric shapes and patterns that project the limitless energy of the cosmos*.
