One way to survive print publishing’s dwindling sales is to diversify the use of your magazine. Case in point? The luminous new issue of V which also doubles as a short range torch.
Stephen Gan from V Magazine explains: “The ‘V’ actually glows in the dark! This follows the electric/neon title theme throughout the rest of the issue and inside spreads. V utilizes a special UV gloss that causes the V and the words ‘V GLOW IN THE DARK’ on the cover to actually glow in the dark. Why? “Because V needed to lighten up and brighten this Spring, we’re in dark times!”
