This year’s Australia’s Next Top Model winner, Amanda Ware, has had an interesting journey since her eventual success at the beleaguered live finale. The prize for the winner was an interview with Elite Model Management in New York and after consoling media hand in hand with Sarah Murdoch after the grand final drama, she finally had that interview. And the result, so far, has been: success!
After just arriving back home, Ware signed a three year contract with Elite Models whilst over in New York after some “walk coaching” and “practice photoshoots” which saw her in front of the camera to some big fashion photographers in the industry. David Burback, who shot her while she was there said “She was great to work with, and I don’t see the deal with everyone saying she needs more work. Some models I’ve shot who have done tons of work just stand there, and Amanda really knew what she was doing.”
