Bassike wholly embraces the ethos in its name. They’re like Metallica. But with fleece. This singular creative vision could create stagnancy but the label has slowly evolved from purveyors of on-trend basics to a dependable destination for sports-luxe staples, quality shirting and high end denim. Their current High Summer range continues this evolution, blending canny injections of colour and understated silhouettes with a continued focus on the brand’s principle tenets; well engineered fits, streamlined shapes and simplicity. Nowhere is this more evident than the adjoining Beau Grealy-shot video (see below), which features sun-dappled camera work, beautiful clothes and copious amounts of lounging. We want to be there.
