I bet you’re tired of hearing about Miranda Kerr’s transformation into a high fashion power player (i-D cover, V Magazine editorial, forthcoming Jil Sander campaign, runway appearances for Balenciaga and Prada) but the Victoria’s Secret Angel is almost unrecognizable in the below Greg Kadel-shot editorial for the new issue of Numero.
Titled Bad Education, the shoot mixes Catholicism, innocence and school yard imagery with a sexual undertone that’s not unlike the Pedro Almodovar film of the same name. Think “Hit Be Baby One More Time” with Kerr sporting strawberry-blond locks and posing provocatively with cellos, bubblers and morally questionable Nuns. Can’t wait to see what the Aussie beauty does for Jil Sander.
