Shiiiiiit. Redfoo’s creepy stalker-like presence at WTA events all over the world is starting to make some sense. At first there was the shocking and very disturbing rumour that pop-music’s chief dip-shit was romantically involved with our own Sam Stosur after she dedicated several victory shuffles to the former LFMAO front man during last year’s US Open. Turns out he had his sights set higher (on the WTA leader board), with a blossoming relationship with World Number 1 Victoria Azarenka all the talk at this year’s Australian Open.
Redfoo addressed the fact that he was no longer single (unlucky ladies…) on radio in the US recently. “I’m in love,” he said. “I don’t care who knows it. With a special one. I got a special one. A No. 1, if you will.” Wow, that’s about as subtle as your music bro.
Redfoo was also bundled up by Channel 7 at an Azarenka practice session. He was still being as coy as ever, probably at the insistence of Azeranka’s publicity team, when asked about his relationship with the world number 1. “I don’t like to kiss and tell,” he said. “But we’re really close and
she’s a very special person and I’m very happy in my life right now.”
