Defying the concept of everyday wearability, 28 year old English fashion designer Gareth Pugh recently displayed a dark, Predator film inspired Fall 09 Collection.

Having debuted as a solo designer at London Fashion Week in Fall 06, Pugh has since gained critical acclaim from fashion heavy weights, such as Anna Wintour and from British Vogue – It’s agreed; Gareth Pugh is so hot right now. Without doubt, his modus operandi is not for the faint hearted but is sure to be a hit in the editorial stakes. We can see Carine Roitfeld and Hedi Slimane having a field day with this dramatic, confrontational collection. Alien inspired boots and spiked trousers, anyone?..
