Emily Ratajkowski is so talented that it’s actually annoying. She’s a fiercely articulate feminist. Super smart. Has an amazing art collection that she personally curates. And yes, she is insanely beautiful.
Now, the supermodel has used her modelling career to launch her own swimwear line, Inamorata – and it is all fire emoji’s, forever.
There’s only six sets of togs in the collection for now, but they’re all epic – there’s three one-pieces and three bikinis. High-cut is the name of the game here, and when I say high-cut I mean HIGH. CUT.
I mean you have absolutely no chance of wearing one of these babies and not winding up with an odd tan line. But them’s the breaks for looking so hot, right?
The reason everything’s so high-waisted is, according to Ratajkowski, to draw attention to the waistline.
“My waist, and for women in general, that is the thing that you want to accentuate the most, and sometimes it can be really hard,” she told Vogue. “In a one-piece, there is nothing that is cinching your waist, so it was important to have something that was flattering in that way.”
Inamorata is entirely funded and run by Ratajkowski, so you know you’re buying designs she herself wanted in the collection.
“It is self-funded. I have basically a consultant and an assistant and then it’s all me. It’s been really, really fun,” she told Vogue. “I’ve been doing different things with different people, but to have complete control is really special and exciting.”
