If there’s one event that draws out all the most attention-seeking celebs, it’s the MTV Video Music Awards. Maybe it’s the fact the annual awards ceremony has the loosest definition of “red carpet-wear”, or because all the nom’s are ~millennial~ and therefore not afraid to wear something that isn’t a beige (in both senses of the word) ballgown.
