Check Out Dan Single’s Unisex Line For Label DAAN

Dan Single has attempted to solve all your his ‘n’ hers wardrobe dilemmas in one fell swoop with a unisex collection for his post-ksubi solo label DAAN. His first full collection for the label named after his imaginary fashan designer alter-ego has just been unveiled and along with a few questionable items (reversible silk drawstring trackpants?), there are some great prints (the fat jungle-y paisley print in particular is a winner) and easy sells such as the five panel printed snap backs. Statement pieces – like the emblazoned silk bombers – make up a big chunk of the line.

Earlier in the year Dan described the brand as “a tongue in cheek poke at fashion.” He told Pedestrian, “The inspiration really comes from everywhere. It’s not so much
one cohesive collection. It’s little looks and outfits which can go with
anything. All together it looks jumbled but they’re all pieces which
stand up in their own right.”

Dan himself models the collection in the preview video below, with his professionally good-looking fiancee Bambi Northwood Blyth. He even scored the soundtrack for the clip. DAAN has officially launched in-store and online exclusively at General Pants Co.
