Busy Philipps, probs best known for her turn in Freaks and Geeks, has revealed she was the victim of some incredibly shady shit during an Uber ride overnight.
Taking to Instagram, the 37-year-old actor told her followers that her and partner Marc Silverstein hopped into the ride-share, and immediately felt spooked.
“I said to my husband, ‘Oh, that guy was weird. Are you sure he’s not going to kill us?’
“And then from the fucking way back, a voice is like, ‘I promise that won’t happen’ and there was just like a fucking crazy, scary dude in way back of this Uber.”
Philipps reiterated “I got into an Uber and there was a man in the third row, and he was like, didn’t make himself known until it was at a very creepy [moment].”
Yeeep. The couple apparently found themselves right in front of some shifty figure with precisely zero warning.
“I legitimately was screaming. I made Marc and I get out of the car, and I was screaming.”
“I’m not trying to be alarmist, but I definitely feel like those guys were trying to murder me tonight.”
