WATCH: Kendall Jenner Invites Your Rage With A Performance Art Pisstake

W Magazine’s latest video collaboration with Kendall Jenner asks a pretty interesting question: can you play an audience if you tell them they’re being played?

The two-and-a-half-minute clip features the 20-year-old sending up a series of iconic performance art pieces, but not before a narrator reminds us viewers Kanye West believes his entire life to be performance art.

Yeezy’s perspective really lingers over the video. We reckon Jenner and bud Gigi Hadid doing a goofy Marina Abramovic impression ain’t so much about the act of recreating the OG piece; rather, it’s about stoking up some serious feels among viewers who may believe Jenner implicitly unworthy or incapable of actually honouring such esteemed artists.

Or maybe she’s just trolling.

It’s obviously a pisstake, but judging by a slew of indignant comments, Kendall has obviously stirred some kind of emotional response with this tiny mockumentary. Whisper it, but that’s kind of the point of performance art in the first place. Yves Klein Blue yourself up below:
