The end of the world might be just around the corner, but you know what? Who cares. Humanity has achieved all it can now.
The final nail in the delicious, mouth-watering coffin was the start of NY eatery, Sushirrito. Yep – that’s sushi and burrito, pushed together to make one word. Sushi burritos.
The chain isn’t in Australia yet (does someone want to start up an Change.org petition about this, or should we?), but New York is frothing on them pretty hard.
Their Instagram account will make you damn near salivate, regardless of whether you’re a raw salmon kind of person, or one of those people that has to smother a teriyaki chicken hand roll in soy sauce to be able to stomach sushi:
