Reports are surfacing of a second, smaller bomb going off in Bangkok, after the first detonated approximately 24 hours ago, killing 21 and injuring many more.
Witnesses have said they saw a device thrown into Chao Phraya River, which created an explosion in the water.
Thai publishing website Thairath posted this timestamped video of the explosion, taken by a witness, to their Facebook page earlier.

According to the Bangkok Post, “A grenade was thrown from Taksin Bridge but it missed the Sathorn pier target, witnesses said, adding it went off in the Chao Phraya River.”
There have been no injuries reported as yet. We will update this story as more information arises.
