Woman Accused Of Oral Sex On NSW Train Facing Same Charges As Convicted Man

The woman accused of giving oral sex to a stranger on a Wollongong-bound train last year will face court next week on the same charges levelled against the man party to the alleged act.

Sergeant Constable Martin Lockyer told News Corp that the woman, whose name has not been revealed, will face counts of behaving offensively in public and of obscene exposure.

The accused is reportedly known to police in the region.

The confirmation of criminal charges comes after 38-year-old Shane Brennan‘s conviction on Tuesday, where he received a $700 fine and a 12-month good behaviour bond.

His open discussion of the alleged incident has drawn nationwide attention.

Brennan says he met the woman at Port Kembla Station, and that he initially turned down her proposition to have sex. However, Brennan says he approached her and dropped his trousers after allegedly watching her masturbate on the train.

The father of three described cleaning his penis with Coke after the alleged incident.

Later, he told the media he is now in “big trouble” with his girlfriend.
