MONO Heads Up Melbourne Festival Music Lineup

This year Melbourne Festival has upped the ante with a music program featuring artists from all over the world: Japan, USA, Iraq, Syria, Democratic Republic of the Congo, China and New Zealand.

First up, the experimental post-rock legends MONO are cruising in from Japan for a reprisal of their legendary New York performance Holy Ground – exclusively for Melbourne Festival. Joining them on the bill is Brooklyn noise outfit Black Dice, and LA’s weirdo soundsmiths Lucky Dragons, alt-rock Texans Okkervil River and The Drones’ Mike Noga doing his solo thing.
