‘Making A Murderer’ Creators Answered Your Qs At SpectrumNow Festival

Tonight in Sydney, Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos, the creators and directors of Netflix true crime special ‘Making a Murderer’ appeared to speak at the SpectrumNow Festival

The Netflix series, which follows convicted murderer Steven Avery, follows his struggles with the local justice system in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. Avery was convicted of rape in 1985, and spent 18 years in prison. He was later found innocent and released, but was tried for murder of a different woman, Teresa Halbach, four years later. He has now been in prison since 2007, and has appealed his charges multiple times. 
The Q&A event, hosted by Charlie Pickering, opened up a whole bunch of personal facts about the filmmakers and the filmmaking process.
