For many, the backyard garage was the cement landscape of their youth. A no rules noise palace where, with the help of a few egg containers crudley nailed to each wall. you had yourself a rather fine rehearsal studio; a free space where paint could drip and beer could spill; where decrepit couches would go to die…. where you could do whatever you want.
In celebration of this notion, Insight proudly launches ‘Garage Artists’ – their own humble nod of appreciation to a group of emerging and established artists who will be contributing on special projects, seasonal collections and exclusive retail capsules for the Insight brand.
The launch of Garage Artists; showcases a collective of 40 artists from Australia and around the globe.
Opening night- 7pm Thursday 11th September. ‘Garage’ Gallery – 151 Curlewis St, Bondi Beach.Â
Exhibition open to public Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th
They’ll be open Saturday and Sunday from 10am selling one off and limited edition art pieces and T-shirts as well as showing the complete Dopamine campaign and unseen behind the scenes footage. Come and view, buy or just hangout!
