Your list of To-Do’s will include assessing the capacity/technical skills of factories and suppliers, sourcing fabric suppliers, working with the Design team on all styling/fittings/fabrics/garment construction, ensuring the quality and production procedures all conform to Australian Standards etc. You will monitor all production and lead times from fabric ordering, official orders and samples, through to delivery to ensure on-time, high quality deliveries.
