Ariana Grande Says She’s “Broken” After Concert Blast Takes 19 Lives

Ariana Grande has released her first statement following the deadly blast at Manchester Arena, which killed 19 and wounded many others immediately after her performance at the venue.

Taking to Twitter, the pop musician said she was “broken,” and “from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don’t have words.”

TMZ is now reporting that Grande has indefinitely called off the rest of her European tour. The performer has reportedly postponed her remaining dates in England, Belgium, Poland, Germany, and Switzerland.

It is currently unclear if her upcoming Australian tour dates will be affected.
 

Earlier, Grande’s manager Scooter Braun said “we mourn the lives of children and loved ones taken by this cowardly act.”


UK authorities are treating the blast as an act of terrorism. Investigations into the incident are continuing.
