Yeah Yeah Yeahs have announced the title of their third studio album via a bloodthirsty raccoon some inquisitive baby chicks and questionable photoshop skills.

Hey everybody! Just so everyone’s on the same page we want you all to know that we are releasing a BRAND NEW record this spring and drum roll please…we’ll let Geronimo the raccoon and the baby chicks take it away from here…love YYYs
So expect “It’s Blitz” in the Australian fall, they’ve already said it’s completely different to their previous albums but judging purely from the title (which is stupid, I know) I’m hoping it’s loud and abrasive.
