First things first, there’s definitely something to be said about taking pride in your workplace. Even more so if yours is the kind where the love of what you do is so overpowering that it blinds you from all good sense and leads you to a place where creating elaborate parody videos espousing the merits of working in hospitality is a viable option.
Such is the vibe amongst the humble servers at The Cheesecake Factory in Buffalo, NY, who have loving crafted – presumably in their spare time – this masterful cheesecake-flavoured parody of Iggy Azalea’s ‘Fancy’, which is anything but, yet somehow everything you could ever want it to be at the same time.
Created by Sarah Trimm as part of a charity initiative – a Peanut Butter Drive, for Pete’s sake – for Feeding America, ‘We’re So Cheesecake’ has been lying dormant on the Internet since its initial uploading; waiting in the wings for its moment to shine, which just so happened to be overnight. I haven’t been on here since I uploaded it so I’m pretty surprised this many people had time out of their busy lives to watch or comment on this. Y’all must not have a life.
