Not too sure how we feel about this. The Fall issue of Purple Fashion Magazine may raise a few eyebrows after Terry Richardson, with the aid of Sean Lennon and his model/actress/musician girlfriend Kemp Muhl reappropriate Annie Leibovitz’s iconic Rolling Stone cover featuring John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
In Richardson’s modern day take Muhl plays the John Lennon (read naked) role while Sean assumes his Mother’s position (that’s a weird sentence). Would you call that post-post-modern, clever or just mildly offensive? As we said, not too sure how we feel about this.
