l’ll never forget my Year 6 assignments from way back in the freakout days of the nineties… including a task that involved investigating and raising money for charity. I chose WWF, but I am sure that if I had chosen UNICEF, I would’ve raised just as much money as Gucci will in their upcoming Tattoo Heart Christmas collection (yeah, I reckon the ad is pretty bad).
Since 2005 the Italian fashion house has brought out a charity Christmas collection, with 2008 being no exception. This year, 25% of sales go to UNICEF. The tv ad involves Rihanna moving around on a ladder like a seamonkey, and then superbly boring block text towards the end.
